Scars

Every scar gets its own remodelling plan.

Understanding

What’s really
going on

Scars from surgery, injury or acne form when the skin heals quickly rather than neatly, laying down dense collagen that looks and feels different from the skin around it. How visible a scar is comes down to its texture, colour and depth.

Fractional laser resurfacing remodels scar tissue by replacing dense, disorganised collagen with fresh, healthy structure. Dr. Sarai assesses each scar individually and may combine HALO®, ProFractional™, or TRL™ across a series of sessions to progressively soften and flatten it.

Not sure which treatment is right for you? Every plan starts with a consultation and a proper look at your skin.

Your Options

How we treat it

Which of these suits your skin is decided with Dr. Sarai at your consultation.

The Plan

Three Steps To Softer Scars

  1. Assess

Each scar is assessed on its own. Texture, colour and depth all shape which treatment will remodel it best.

  2. Treat

A resurfacing series using HALO®, ProFractional™ or TRL™, sometimes combined, that gradually replaces dense scar tissue with healthy structure.

  3. Maintain

Sun protection and supportive skincare between sessions, so remodelling collagen matures flat, soft, and even-toned.
