We’re committed to exceptional care and clear expectations. These policies apply to all treatments, packages and skincare purchases. By booking a consultation or treatment, you acknowledge and agree to them.
Privacy
Your personal and medical information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and shared only with team members directly involved in your care and treatment.
Pricing & Payment
All treatments and packages are subject to 5% GST; skincare products are also subject to 7% PST. A 2.5% service charge applies to credit card payments.
Changes, Cancellations & Missed Appointments
An active credit card is required on file when booking your first appointment. Changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are subject to a $100 fee charged to the card on file.
Consultation & Treatment Booking Deposits
Consultation-only appointments cost $50, payable at booking. Your $50 consultation-only fee is credited toward treatment performed within three months of your consultation. Separately booked treatment appointments require the deposit listed below when you book.
Treatment deposits are paid at the time of booking and applied toward the treatment price. Both your consultation credit and any treatment deposit paid are deducted from your treatment balance.
The booking fee for a combined consultation and Botox® or Xeomin® treatment appointment in the same visit is $100. The full $100 booking fee is credited toward your Botox® or Xeomin® treatment, which is priced separately per unit and confirmed at assessment.

Consultations are non-refundable if you do not proceed with treatment within 3 months; if you do proceed, the consultation fee is applied to your treatment cost. All treatments are final and non-refundable. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be used within two (2) years of purchase.
